Orders & Shipping
When will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

How long does delivery take?

For the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days.

For Belgium and the rest of Europe, expect 3–5 business days.

For the rest of the world, expect 5–20 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get a track & trace code via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands is free on orders over €75.

Below that, a small fee of €4.95 applies.

International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

How do I start a return?

Email us at returns@boutello.com
with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you detailed return instructions.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes — for a different size or color, as long as it’s still in stock.
